Our goal at Natural Cycles is to empower every woman with the knowledge she needs to take control of her health by using research and enthusiasm to pioneer women's health. We are searching for a Frontend Developer that can work well in an analytical, fast-paced, data-driven, and agile setting. We are searching for someone who can speak English well and whose soft skills really shine. You have a strong interest in technology and collaborative efforts, but you also have responsibility and independence at work. You are able to operate well in a remote work context where asynchronous and online communication is the norm. 
What you will be doing? 
Provide high-caliber, feature-rich, accessible, and inclusive user interfaces and products. Work on web components for our goods as well as the features of the Natural Cycles main app, which is designed as a hybrid web application and packaged for iOS and Android. Collaborate in an agile team with other product managers, testers, designers, and software developers. Deliver top-notch user interfaces and features by closely collaborating with stakeholders from across the enterprise. Engage directly with data insights and analytics; whenever feasible, adopt a data-driven methodology. Maintain a steady flow of new releases while operating nimbly. Ensure the health of the codebase. 
What abilities and background we believe you to possess: 
Expertise in front-end development, including creating responsive layouts, online apps, and websites Strong knowledge of contemporary CSS (e.g., Flexbox, Grid); familiarity with Contemporary pre/post-processors (e.g., SASS, PostCSS); familiarity with TypeScript and the Angular framework (or a fast learning curve); Familiarity with pull requests, code reviews, git, github, etc. Minimum 1 year full-time experience working in a similar role. Not required but it would be a bonus if you also had. Experience with Node.js backend development. Familiarity with creating native apps for iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin), or with developing apps in general.Experience working with conversion rate optimization. Commercial acumen and understanding of business drivers A passion for women’s health. 
Our technology stack includes: 
TypeScript, Node.js, and Express.js are running on the GCP App-Engine. Ionic, Angular, Capacitor, React, and Gatsby on the Frontend. Firebase Hosting. Highly automated CI pipelines (Github Actions). AppStore and Google Play releases on a biweekly basis.
