Collaborate effectively with top management to provide budget recommendations, grant access to project finance data, and guarantee contract adherence and reporting.
Analyze internal operations, look into revenue potential and economic trends, and pinpoint areas where expenses can be cut and procedures improved.
Oversee operations by working with internal workers who are in charge of other HR-related tasks and external agencies (such as payroll, benefits, and recruitment).
Using tracking tools, keep an eye on business performance, implement corrective steps as necessary, and create thorough reports for earnings calls and APR status while updating the management team.
familiarity with corporate tax, VAT, and auditing requirements in the UAE Should be able to guide finance team and carry out all such task connected internal & external audit, tax filling etc.

excellent familiarity with forecasting techniques and data analysis.
knowledgeable about financial management software and Microsoft Office (e.g. 
SAP, Oracle Netsuite)
Certified Public Accountant a plus
