Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the integrity of the installation and system functioning are maintained. 
• Answering and finishing the service calls after they are allocated. 
• Compliance with and administration of client change control request and management procedures. participation in system performance monitoring. 
• Compiling and reporting the installation's operating status. 
• Giving consumers technical support for using audio-visual equipment. 
• Supplying help and encouragement to users all across the property. 
• Supplying technical support for training needs and user expectations.
• Recommending all specialised inventory, such as necessary tools, supplies, and replacement parts to carry out the job. 
• Assistance in obtaining quotes through data collection and interaction with sales and support personnel. 
• Offering technical assistance for programming and commissioning new upgrading systems.
• Participation in the plan for preventive maintenance. 
• Coordinating the interactions with relevant partners, such as the client's IT service provider.
• Being adaptable when providing the after-hours/on-call service.
• Daily official reporting to the line manager together with official documentation in support. 
• Key systems that will be involved are cinema, automation, lighting control, and audiovisual. 
• The work profile for involvement will be in the areas of programming, testing, commissioning, end-user training, and corresponding documentation preparation.
• Provide installation, programming support, and technical help for both indoor and outdoor events. 
•The primary responsibilities of the position will include system maintenance on a daily basis, responding to service requests, operation, and system upgrades. 
Certification Prefer: 
Certified in DMC-D-4K Designer for Crestron DMC-E-4K Designer Certified on Crestron Certified on Crestron Technician Fundamentals Lutron Accreditation. QSC accreditation. 
Ability: 
• Crestron programming ability. proficiency in Lutron programming. QSC programming ability. Symetrix programming ability. 
• Pay: AED 7000–8000 + Housing + Food + Benefits in accordance with UAE legislation.
