Your tasks: 
• You look after customers independently in consultation with the responsible field sales staff.
•  You are responsible for preparing regular reports and statistics.
•  Providing telephone support to customers is part of your responsibilities.

•  You take care of order processing Maintenance of customer master data. 
Your profile: 
• Completed commercial training Experience in customer service or sales.
• Fluent written and spoken German.
•  High level of customer and service orientation.
