Your Tasks
Your role: You will take on the professional and disciplinary supervision of the Partner Support team as Head of Partner Management (m/f/d) in the Marketplace business unit. With full responsibility for the P&L of these partners, your main focus is on the strategic development and support of our Marketplace partners.

Tasks:

Development of the leadership of the Partner Management team
Formulation, organization, and implementation of market expansion plans for the product portfolio and partner base
Technical integration and optimization of the fulfillment process
Monitoring and control of partners' operational and commercial performance and creating opportunities for strategic growth
Establishment and maintenance of long-term partnerships, negotiation management, and team support
Cross-functional collaboration between internal (marketing, product, and tech teams, for example) and external stakeholders to enhance the user experience of the Marketplace
Requirements
At least five years of relevant work experience, ideally in the E-commerce or healthcare industries, in account management, or a similar position.
Proven success in creating and leading effective teams and leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance measurements and KPIs
Thorough knowledge of Marketplace and retail business models
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and German
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Practical knowledge of technical interfaces and CRM systems
