 Dietician (m/f/d):

 You will work in the central kitchen between 05:00 and 18:00 and alternate weekends and public holidays. 
 

Your tasks: 
You will be responsible for the acceptance, distribution and final inspection of the food distribution lines and enjoy cooking special meals and diets according to nutritional specifications. 
You will generate regular purchase requisitions and plan all necessary goods, including warehousing. 
You will provide dietary and nutritional advice and handle internal and external correspondence. 
Data and meal plan maintenance in SAP ISH and the common MS Office applications are easy for you. 
You are happy to be the point of contact for kitchen staff on the subject of diets and monitor them. 
Compliance with all hygiene regulations and the monitoring and control of HACCP specifications and internal standards are a matter of course for you.
 You are responsible for carrying out cleaning work in accordance with HACCP.
 

 Your profile:
 Your dietician training is now complete. 
You possess excellent office software and general IT skills however, SAP experience would be preferred.
 Your written and spoken English and German are excellent. 
You can operate independently, in a team, under pressure, and with a strong feeling of responsibility. 
You're quite flexible and have strong organisational abilities.
You exude confidence and friendliness. 
As evidence of your compliance with the National Infection Protection Act, you can offer documentation of your infection control training and proof of total immunisation against measles, rubella, chickenpox, and pertussis.
