Your challenges as a marketing manager (m/f/d):
You plan, manage and implement creative direct marketing campaigns, from print to social media. You will develop lead generation measures and create target group-specific content. You analyze and interpret key marketing figures along with relevant KPIs. You create reports and make recommendations for optimizing campaigns. You prepare strategic, competitive and market analyses and identify trends. You will work on expanding the customer base and further developing our CRM system.
Your challenges as a Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
You will be responsible for operational management in online marketing, including briefing and managing SEO and SEA agencies. You will collect and standardize marketing data from various sources, such as websites, email campaigns and customer feedback. You analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and develop optimization strategies. You create and automate dashboards and data visualizations for various marketing channels.
What you bring to the table What qualifications do you need?
You have a university degree or a comparable qualification in marketing. You already have several years of professional experience in marketing. Ideally, you have experience in data analysis and marketing data management. You also have impressive experience in brand management and knowledge of digital marketing. Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and are characterized by a structured way of working. You are full of creative ideas and inspire with your hands-on mentality.
