Your Tasks:
Conduct Protein Expression and Purification through Column Chromatography Systems.
Performing Standard Experiments in Molecular Biology, including Cloning Experiments, Nucleic Acid Purification, and Analysis of the Results.
Maintenance and Growth of Cell Cultures.
Care and Operation of Equipment.
Assistance with Stock Control, Organisation, and Care of the Lab Environment.
Preparation of Media and Buffers.
General Lab Tasks.

 


Your Qualifications:
Successfully Completed Education as State-Approved Technical Assistant (BTA, CTA or MTA), Alternatively successfully Completed Education as Lab Technician with Equivalent Skills and Experience.
Reliable, Motivated and Responsible Candidate with excellent Organization Skills.
Knowledge of Genetics and experience in Standard Molecular Biology Laboratory Techniques are Essential.
Organization Skill with Equivalent Skills and Experience as a Technical Assistant.
Fluency in Spoken and Written English are Required.
Ability to work in a team and Flexibility.
