 Come work with our innovative team as we look for a visionary Data Scientist/Data Analyst to spearhead the development of innovative AI solutions. You will lead innovation as a key member of our AI & Machine Learning cohort by creating generative and predictive AI models that reveal priceless insights and completely transform the business environment. We're looking for a bright and driven Data Scientist/Data Analyst who is passionate about analysis, Data Science, and Gen AI as we continue to push boundaries. You will work with engineers and data scientists, contribute to meaningful ML/AI solutions and perceptive data dives, and be instrumental in determining the direction of mobility in the future.

 What you'll do?
 You will concentrate on our customer-related data, which entails gaining access to unprocessed data and turning it into useful information. This involves assigning duties for equipment and other outside resources in order to create a globally scalable framework.
 Work together with a variety of stakeholders to establish the needs for AI projects that are in line with the strategic goals of the company. To stay on the cutting edge of AI developments, do in-depth research and look for ways to incorporate generative and predictive AI models into our goods and services. 
Predictive AI Model: 
Create issue statements and theories to address a range of business difficulties. 
Compile, purify, and ready data in order to train models efficiently. 
Create, train, and assess predictive AI models with a variety of problem-specific methods (such as regression, classification, and clustering). 
Models should be continuously improved and optimised for efficiency, scalability, and performance.
 Install models in real-world settings and keep an eye on their functionality. 
Generative AI Model: 
Investigate and test the potential uses of generative AI models, like GPT, in applications such as design prototyping, data augmentation, and content creation. 
Develop and assess generative models, adjusting parameters to produce desired results. Include generative models in apps or workflows used in production. 
Effectively communicate your observations and suggestions: 
Transform technical ideas into commercial language and succinctly present your findings.
 Work together with cross-functional teams to put action plans based on insights from AI into action. 
Learn new things all the time and keep up with the most recent advancements in deep learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. 
Who you are?
 a bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, computer science, data science, or a similar discipline. four to five years' minimum experience planning and creating significant data science initiatives. proficiency in Python and other programming languages. capable of creating sophisticated SQL queries with ease for data extraction and modification. solid background using one of the cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). knowledge of the fundamental LLM (Large Language Models) models, including Mistral, GPT, Falcon, and Llama. 
Proficiency in creating Generative AI applications through the use of RAG, vector databases, quick engineering, chain of thought, fine-tuning, and knowledge graphs familiarity with common machine learning frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and Scikit-Learn, for handling both structured and unstructured data the capacity to convert challenging business issues into insightful knowledge. This role is situated at our headquarters in Gothenburg. When it comes to working remotely and on-site, we support a hybrid approach since we understand the need of both face-to-face interaction and private time for concentration.
