About the Role:
In this position, you work operationally with digital marketing within Meta advertising, SEO, SEM and social media for Rolfs Air & Bus and Sun Travel. You are part of a team of six people, including a Growth Marketing Manager, Visual Designers, Marketing Project Manager and a Copy Writer. Together you will run high quality campaigns in close collaboration with other departments, focusing on optimizing campaigns, analyzing data and making quick decisions to drive traffic and conversion.
Main Duties:
Manage Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), including audience segmentation, optimization and analysis of results.
Drive and optimize SEO and SEM activities to increase visibility, traffic and conversion.
Perform keyword analysis and optimize content for better ranking.
Monitor and analyze results in real-time to make wise and data-driven optimization decisions.
Work on segmenting our extensive customer database to ensure targeted newsletters that drive conversion.
We are Looking for You Who:
Have a few years of digital marketing experience in a similar role, with a proven track record. You are operationally skilled and thrive on taking ideas to implementation quickly. With experience in Meta advertising, SEO, SEM and social media, you have a deep understanding of how to create and optimize campaigns that deliver results.
You are results-oriented, solution-focused with a data-driven and analytical approach. You are highly skilled in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Previous experience working with email marketing. Basic understanding of HTML. You are fast-paced, pragmatic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
