About Company: 
As the Nordic Medical Marketing Specialist for Eucerin, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the brand's presence among healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. Secure strong relationships with Dermfluencers and Medfluencers and effectively drive, monitor and activate Medical Marketing to create recommendations of Derma/Eucerin via HCP and build loyalty to our brand. 
 


Your Tasks: 
Medical Marketing and Recommendations: 
Create and put into action plans to inform medical professionals about the advantages of Eucerin products. 
Oversee the medical marketing infrastructure to make sure that marketing initiatives are data-driven and customised to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. 
Organise and carry out webinars, conferences, and events that highlight Eucerin's product line and dermatological education. 

DOL and MED Influencer Marketing: 
Make connections with Dermatology Democratic Leaders (DOLs) along with other medical professionals. 
Create a calculated strategy to involve these influencers in advancing the medical value of Eucerin. 
Make use of social media channels to increase Eucerin's exposure as a skincare line with a medical focus. 
Work together with influencers to produce genuine content that appeals to customers and showcases the brand's proficiency in dermatology. 

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and NGO Collaborations:
 Drive CSR programs that complement Eucerin's brand mission in collaboration with customers and their marketing team.
 Find ways to work together with non-governmental organisations and other groups that prioritise patient education and dermatological health. 
Assist the consumer marketing group in creating campaigns and materials that give consumers and patients useful medical information. 

Budget Responsibility:
 Evaluate and suggest the required funding for consumer and HCP-focused marketing campaigns. 
Review and evaluate marketing campaign performance on a regular basis in relation to budgetary assumptions.

 Insights and Performance Monitoring: 
Analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and proactively collect data on customer behaviour, market research, and HCP input. 
To help the team as a whole make strategic decisions, share these ideas.
 Take appropriate action based on the insights gathered to improve marketing tactics and campaign efficacy. 
 

Strategies for Success: 
Make certain that all marketing initiatives are coordinated and consistent across various platforms, such as social media, digital, and live events. 
Eucerin's brand messaging and medical relevance will be strengthened as a result. 
 


Your Profile:
 A bachelor's degree in a life science field (pharmacist, nurse, etc.) or comparable job experience is desired. 
Four or more years of relevant work experience. Marketing experience, ideally in digital. 
Great organisational skills and project management.
 A cooperative team player with excellent presenting and communication abilities. 
High degree of digital aptitude and interest, as well as an analytical attitude. 
Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of "can do." 
Speaking English and Swedish well is an advantage, as are other Nordic languages.
