Regarding your team:
we are the Marketing Team. We are working to become the premier gaming marketplace by combining data-driven optimization, entertainment, and creativity; none of our daily operations could function without these three elements as we establish the powerful, enjoyable, and reliable brand Eneba. Since gamers are rapid adopters, we act even more quickly to develop durable relationships with our users. We are driven by our community and we always endeavor to realize our aim of combining all local gaming communities under one roof.
Duties
. Oversee the whole outreach process in 14 locations, obtaining high-quality backlinks to improve ranks on certain landing page groups and domain authority.
. Create and carry out thorough outreach plans that incorporate industry best practices in order to accomplish SEO goals and obtain high-authority backlinks.
. To generate ideas and find link-building possibilities, do website research and assessment, making sure to place a high priority on quality and relevancy.
. Use successful bargaining techniques to build enduring connections with publishers and site owners and obtain backlinks.
. Work together with PR, Design, Marketing, and other SEO colleagues to develop and refine backlink acquisition tactics.
. Try out new outreach strategies and tools, using data-driven insights to improve link-building efforts and get a competitive edge.
. Track backlink profiles and evaluate how outreach efforts affect organic results, offering data-driven insights to boost performance even more.
. Keep up of algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices so that you may modify your outreach tactics appropriately.
The following requirements must be met: 
. a minimum of three years of experience with off-page SEO, specifically in outreach and backlink acquisition, with a track record of success in an e-commerce setting; 
. a solid understanding of outreach best practices, link-building tactics, and the capacity to obtain high-authority links from reputable websites; 
. experience investigating and assessing websites for link opportunities with an emphasis on quality, relevance, and authority; 
. excellent negotiating skills and a track record of establishing relationships with webmasters, publishers, and influencers; and the capacity to work well with PR, Design, Marketing, and other SEO peers to advance backlink acquisition initiatives.
. Strong grasp of SEO metrics and the capacity to assess outreach campaign effectiveness using them; 
. familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb to aid in link-building; 
. and current awareness of search engine algorithms and SEO trends, with an emphasis on off-page SEO innovation and optimization.
