Description:
Ensure the successful implementation of AI-driven solutions across a range of business processes by overseeing the whole AI/ML development life cycle, from conception and prototyping to deployment, optimization, and integration.Create and implement a thorough plan for the expansion and development of the AI/ML division, making sure that the team's resources and competencies stay in line with the organization's long-term strategic goals.Determine and rank the most important areas for integrating AI into different tasks while working closely with internal stakeholders.Assemble and manage a highly productive group of engineers, data scientists, and AI/ML researchers while offering mentorship, technical leadership, and encouragement of creativity and lifelong learning.Create strategic alliances with universities, research centers, and business executives to promote innovation and information exchange.
Profile:
possess a Ph.D. or a master's degree in machine learning, computer science, or a similar subject.ten years of expertise managing teams and projects using AI and ML7-8 years of extensive practical expertise in the development, implementation, and research of AI/ML systems; ideally in an industrial or enterprise context; demonstrable ability to convert research results into workable, scalable, and affordable solutions.Exhibit a thorough understanding of the many machine learning methods, such as deep learning. Natural language processing, computer vision, and large language models (LLMs).extensive knowledge of cost optimization and scalability, coupled with a strong background in machine learning techniques.proficiency with data management and analysis technologies (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server), as well as familiarity with pertinent AI/ML platforms, frameworks, and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark, Hadoop, etc.).strong grasp of machine learning operations (MLOps), including methods for cost optimization, scalability, and deployment of AI/ML models in enterprise settings that are ready for production
