Develop an annual and quarterly plan for the curriculum according to the content and performance standards. 
Manage the educational learning process in accordance with modern learning strategies and effective learning.

Create and create different exams, work on assessing and measuring students' performance, examine students' findings, review national assessments, research and use the results to strengthen areas of weakness, and finish documentation and assessment tasks accurately and on time. 
Identify each student's needs for care and follow-up, work with them in a professional and equitable manner, and coordinate with the counseling specialist to handle unique and special instances. 
To address educational difficulties, come up with solutions, and inform parents, have conversations and work together with many stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Islamic education
