The main responsibility of a financial analyst is to assess the organization's historical and current financial data and project future income and expenses. Their responsibilities encompass forecasting the return on investment of various stocks and company endeavors, composing financial summaries, and gathering industry data to facilitate informed decision-making. Financial analysts obtain information to comprehend the patterns impacting a particular product category, geographic area, or business sector in order to assist their customers in making critical investment choices. Support the FPA manager in snacking monthly reporting and analysis for management business reviews. Drive snacking P&L analysis to help understand pricing mix analysis. Support working capital analysis vs. budget. Create trade expenditure analysis models to improve comprehension of spending compared to budget and PY. Create models for analyzing marketing expenditures in order to improve comprehension of spending compared to budget and PY. thorough examination of the OVS in order to promote comprehension of expenditure versus budget and PY (people cost, top ten expenses, and depreciation).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree. Four to five years of experience in the same profession, or a similar field. Familiarity with financial programs and software. Basic understanding of the principles of finance. Strategic thinking. Ability to persuade senior stakeholders. Understanding Sarbanes-Oxley. Ability to multitask. Presentation skills. Time management and organizational skills.
