Job description:
Creates, develops, and oversees the career development strategy's execution. establishes the fundamental timetable for annual professional development activities. In charge of giving students expert advise on a one-on-one and group basis about job search and employer communication tactics. In charge of honing the abilities to conduct interviews and draft a cover letter and CV. In charge of organizing and conducting meetings, workshops, and lectures on career development; collaborating with student organizations to address the needs of students in this area. Works collaboratively with higher education institutions, particularly industry and technical colleges, to explore, develop and provide educational/training opportunities for students. Facilitates and provides work-based learning opportunities. Responsible for assessments, resumes and personal interviews. Assists in the administration of career and academic assessments and utilizes the results to assist students in making realistic career decisions. Activates and implements the Student Employment Initiative. Take part in additional duties as the dean assigns them.
General Requirements:
