Manager of Business Development (m/w/d) Pharmaceutical:
One of the top global trading companies for chemicals and pharmaceuticals is our client. For our Hamburg headquarters, we are seeking a direct hire, permanent Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.

Working in the Pharma Unit, one of the company's most profitable divisions that has grown tremendously over the last five years in particular.
There are a tonne of unexplored market opportunities that present a practically "greenfield" possibility with lots of creative space.
Brief decision-making procedures and flat hierarchies.

High degree of independence and autonomy.
Responsibilities:
In order to secure future expansion, identifying, assessing, and promoting new commercial ventures and alliances.
Keeping up a strong pipeline for future projects and collaborations.
Building connections with important decision-makers and industry players.
Creating strong business proposals and engaging in contract negotiations.
Working along with internal teams.
Profile:
A degree in pharmacy, natural sciences, or business administration at the bachelor, master, or doctoral level.
It is required to have relevant experience in business development within the pharmaceutical sector.
Strong analytical thinking and business savvy.
Communication skills in English only German is not required.
A high propensity to travel (around 40%).
