Activities:
To convert the current old systems into contemporary software architecture, we are searching for developers.
A five-person, highly skilled development team will be under your technical and disciplinary supervision, and with your support, it will grow and evolve over time.
You prefer working in flat hierarchies and taking pleasure in assisting more junior team members with their professional growth.
Requirements:
You have at least four to five years of solid professional experience working in an agency or IT setting.
You are conversant with contemporary front-end frameworks (like Vue, SvelteKit, Next.js, and Nuxt.js).
You keep up with the latest advances in client-side rendering (CSR) and server-side rendering (SSR), and you are aware of the benefits and drawbacks of each method.
You have worked with headless modern CMS (Strapi, Storyblok, and Content-full, or similar) as well as traditional CMS (TYPO3 or similar).
You use CI/CD pipelines to streamline your daily tasks because you understand how they operate.
You have experience developing backends for frontends and APIs.
You appreciate collaborating with other engineers to find the best solution and have an agile mindset.
Team:
It concerns specifically our five-person IT team in Berlin at the moment.
The teams are incredibly diverse, with members spanning a wide range of ages, genders, and cultures.
Application process:
Initially, there will be a one-hour online interview with two think tank participants.
Second interview: roughly one hour, ideally in person with two members of the think tank.
The think tank fit on a personal and professional level was emphasised in our interviews.
A phone offer discussion follows the two interviews if the response is favourable.
We strive for speedy feedback loops, so please get in touch with us right away if you still have questions!
