Manage and maintain the organization's infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, SQL Server, hyper-converged systems, servers, network infrastructure, and security solutions. Assist end users with their desktops, help desks, and daily administrative needs. To guarantee data availability and integrity, manage backups. Track system performance, identify problems, and quickly put fixes into action. Collaborate with the team leader and other team members to ensure smooth operation of systems and infrastructure. Take part in infrastructure repair, migration, and upgrade projects. Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures. Make sure that security policies and procedures are followed in order to safeguard the data and systems of the company. 

Profile:
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline, or comparable professional experience. two to three years of experience in a similar sector, such as system administration or infrastructure management. competence in server, network, hyper-converged system, SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 management. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to address technological difficulties efficiently. familiarity managing backups, desktop support, printer administration, and helpdesk service. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Matrix42. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both alone and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
