Your tasks:

Strategic location management: As the responsible manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the location and the team. Key figures and budget control: Your role includes responsibility for the company's relevant key figures and careful budget planning to ensure financial efficiency and target achievement. Sales role model function: You are the role model in sales and support your team in achieving outstanding performance. At the same time, you take care of the individual support of your employees. Network building and maintenance: You are responsible for building and continuously maintaining a strong network. This helps to strengthen company relationships and positioning. Active recruitment and customer care: Your active involvement in operational recruitment and close cooperation with the sales department for customer care are crucial for the success of the company and the promotion of growth.

Your expertise: 
You already have initial experience as a branch manager (m/f/d) in temporary employment / temporary staffing or would like to develop your skills as a second-tier personnel manager (m/f/d) You have industry knowledge in the medical, nursing and/or educational sector You are passionate about sales and enjoy building new businesses You impress with your ability to inspire and motivate employees Your goal-oriented way of working is particularly characterized by your hands-on mentality.
