Job Description:
Our Munich headquarters is home to our Digital Marketing & Channels team, and we are seeking a manager for this division. You will work with a youthful, nimble group that creates and manages all digital platforms and marketing initiatives.
The ongoing development of all digital interactions and user experiences across our digital marketing platforms will fall under your purview in this position. From paid ads and email advertisements to our websites and their lead acquisition processes, you and your team support the full digital user journey.
Through all of our touchpoints, you will consistently aim for a fantastic and even more interconnected digital user trip, leveraging insights and learnings into your decision-making to provide the greatest possible user experience. You will oversee our digital product partners with your team in order to continuously enhance our online offerings and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
You create effective and captivating marketing campaigns and activities in collaboration with the Digital Marketing & Channels team and the larger Strategic Marketing & Digital division.
Team Management:
You will oversee the ongoing growth of our online platforms, campaign activities, and marketing automations while leading and growing the Digital Marketing & Channels team. You frequently discuss Brainlabs CMO in all technological matters and manners with your boss.
Consultation:
You actively include department colleagues and internal stakeholders and are a communicator. You are actively looking to share your knowledge with stakeholders in order to maximise Brainlab's marketing impact and project outcome.
User Journey & Experience:
Constantly questioning the current state of our infrastructure and projects, you are a representative and consultant for the greatest digital user interfaces and experiences.
Continuous Development:
You create and manage a strategy and vision for the ongoing development of our different platforms and systems in collaboration with our digital deployment partner.
Project Management/Project Ownership:
As part of your job, you will cooperate with our technological partner to oversee larger development projects and serve as both a project manager and a product owner.
Standards and Procedures:
For the best results, you will create and put into place standards and procedures.
Analytics:
You have an excellent eye for data and are data-driven.
Qualifications:
You have successfully earned degrees in marketing or communication, and you have a strong communication personality.
You have worked in account/project management and digital marketing for at least ten years.
Being a digital native, you can create and communicate a vision for both specific channels and overall user journeys.
You have effectively planned and led a variety of workshop formats.
From the planning stage until a successful launch, you have overseen or accompanied a number of digital development initiatives.
You have a great deal of experience creating marketing campaigns and digital strategy.
You are as accustomed to using digital communication channels as you are to using regular Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
You are fluent in English and/or German.
Your greatest attributes include a flexible mentality, excellent teamwork abilities, aggressiveness, and a high level of personal accountability.
