The Role: 
You will play a key role in advancing our marketing approach and making sure that new features are successfully introduced and adopted in your role as Product Marketing Manager. 
By creating positioning and language that appeals to our target demographics, you will close the disparity among product, sales, and marketing. 
 

Own Product GTM Strategy:
 Create and carry out thorough GTM plans for platform changes and new product features. 
To guarantee smooth distribution and uptake, coordinate with the product, sales, and marketing teams.

 Drive Feature Adoption: 
Produce and oversee effective product content that emphasises the benefits of our solutions, such as user manuals, webinars, slides, and videos.
 When implementing new features, make sure that partners, administrators, and users are informed and assisted. 
 

Strategic Product Positioning: 
Clearly state and highlight Findity's value propositions to set our goods apart from the competition.
 Maintain clear, consistent message that is in line with consumer demands and industry developments by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. 
 

Content Creation and Knowledge Sharing:
 Create captivating marketing resources including training materials, FAQs, and sales brochures. 
Oversee the transportation of product marketing initiatives, making sure partners and internal teams have the necessary resources.
 


 Qualifications:
 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech or B2B SaaS. 
Proven ability to create and implement commercial GTM strategies that produce profitable outcomes. 
Demonstrated capacity to produce excellent content that simplifies difficult ideas into messages that are easy to understand. 
Outstanding capacity to collaborate across teams to accomplish shared objectives. 
Adept at using insights to guide and modify marketing plans.
