The Position
With an emphasis on patient recruitment, the Senior Digital Marketing Associate collaborates directly with the Digital Marketing team to assist in creating, implementing, monitoring, and refining patient-focused digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.In order to continuously enhance outcomes, this function focuses on the performance of digital campaigns by delving deeply into observable patterns and performance data.
Duties
. Create and implement a digital marketing plan that encompasses campaigns for social media, email, search, and display advertising.
. Working together with web developers and designers to produce materials (website & advertisements)
. Optimize performance and spending by recognizing patterns and insights.
. Together with the team, come up with innovative and creative growth plans.
. Create, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests. Collaborate with internal departments to create landing pages and enhance user experience.
. Improve the user experience from beginning to end across all channels and client interactions
. Optimize user funnels and conversion points.
. Assess new technology and, if appropriate, suggest adoption.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
. shown three or more years of expertise in the field of digital marketing for patient recruitment
. Proven expertise in social media, email, search, and/or display advertising campaigns
. Extremely imaginative and skilled at identifying, focusing on, and creating digital ads that inspire, educate, and engage target audiences
. Understanding of web development and design
. advanced familiarity with web analytics software, such as Google Analytics
. Campaign plans are motivated by strong analytical abilities and data-driven reasoning.
Qualifications for Education
. Four years of equivalent experience may also be used in place of a bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline.
