Overview of the Position and Job DescriptionTypes of work permits include temporary, full-time, and part-time (full-time work permits are granted following a three-month 100% performance review as specified in the company's performance policy).Work Environment: Remotely flexible, field-based position. Work may be done from a variety of supplier sites around Dubai with little need for an office.Location: Mainly field-based across Dubai, interacting directly with importers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.In brief:The Purchase and Supplier Onboarding Field Executive is in charge of growing AQAD's network of suppliers and making sure that FMCG vendors are successfully onboarded onto the AQAD mobile application platform. Proficiency in supplier relationship management, negotiating, and technical comprehension for supplier integration are necessary for this position. Building solid connections with suppliers, making sure onboarding goes well, and assisting suppliers in utilizing the platform for efficient inventory management are all necessary for success in this position.Principal Duties1. Onboarding of Suppliers and Establishing RelationshipsFind and contact possible FMCG suppliers, offering AQAD's platform as a simplified approach to order fulfillment and inventory control.Provide in-field instruction and app usage demos for AQAD's mobile application, assisting vendors with account creation.2. Documentation & Account SetupHelp suppliers create accounts by making sure all necessary paperwork is gathered and validated.Make sure suppliers are aware of platform functions including order tracking, pricing modifications, and product catalog management.3. Supplier Account Management & Support Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, offering continuous assistance and addressing any problems pertaining to order fulfillment or platform usage.Keep an eye on supplier activity on the platform and offer assistance as necessary with product catalog, stock level, and pricing adjustments.4. Analyzing and Reporting DataProvide the Head of Supplier Onboarding with frequent reports on account activity, fulfillment rates, and supplier onboarding success.Gather and examine supplier input to enhance platform usability and the onboarding procedure.5. Achievement of Performance-Based KPIsReach monthly and quarterly goals for the AQAD platform's supplier onboarding, successful transactions, and general supplier engagement.Work together with internal teams to make sure that all procurement-related operations complement AQAD's business goals and operational requirements.6. Training & Support for SuppliersTeach suppliers how to use AQAD's platform for order tracking, payment processing, and real-time inventory updates.Provide ongoing assistance to guarantee that suppliers are properly integrated and capable of running their businesses with AQAD.
Essential Competencies and KnowledgeExperience with FMCG Procurement: Proven knowledge of FMCG supplier procurement and onboarding procedures.Technical Proficiency: Able to use mobile applications for supplier onboarding and inventory managementNegotiation Skills: Able to manage procurement processes efficiently and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.Strong communication abilities are essential for establishing and preserving solid supplier relationships in supplier relationship management.Ability to Solve Problems: Capable of quickly resolving difficulties and guaranteeing a seamless supplier onboarding process.
