You will play a key role in our growth plan as our Senior Growth Marketing Manager for partnerships, influencer marketing, and affiliates. Your innovative marketing initiatives and business alliances will truly benefit our community and position our brand where it belongs—at the forefront of banking!Among your duties will be:
. Strategic expansion: Creating and overseeing cutting-edge influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives in line with our growth goals.
. Partner network: Seeking and obtaining strategic partners, such as affiliates, influencers, and brands, to assist us in expanding our offer; 
. campaign management: organizing, carrying out, and evaluating performance marketing campaigns; consistently refining to attain optimal outcomes; 
. preserving relationships: establishing enduring connections with partners and influencers and guaranteeing that they accurately represent our brand; 
. analysis & reporting: adhering to pertinent KPIs and formulating databased suggestions to enhance our marketing endeavors; 
. trendspotting: staying abreast of emerging marketing trends and technologies and utilizing them in innovative ways.

. You have a wealth of performance marketing job expertise, preferably in the affiliate, influencer, or partner marketing space.
. You are recognized for your analytical talents and ability to scale your deliverables.
. You have extensive knowledge of common performance tools, such as partner marketing platforms or Google Analytics.
.  At your core, you're a networker who understands how to create and preserve enduring connections.
. You have a sense for trends and an enthusiasm for new marketing tactics, especially in the banking industry.
.  You manage projects with a focused approach, laying the groundwork for long-lasting, scalable solutions.
. You can write and speak German and English with ease.
. You are in favor of utilizing money as a tool for good in order to build a better future for all.

Pay range: 
67.000 to 73.000 EUR gross per year plus virtual shares

Do you wish to work from home?
Every employee at Tomorrow should have the freedom to arrange their personal lives and work schedules however they see fit, according to their own needs. Therefore, mobile work and working from home are essential components of our remote-friendly workplace culture. On the other hand, we think that working together in person has many benefits. The ideal location for this is our wonderful office in Hamburg, which is always open to you. Our office provides flexible workspace design options, ground-level access, and wheelchair accessibility. We would be happy to discuss all other details when we meet with you (virtually) in person. Additionally, for organizational reasons, this position requires your place of residence to be in Germany. We anticipate that our future Senior Growth Marketing Manager (f/m/x) will work on-site in our office at least four days a month.
