The Potential
We are now seeking a motivated sales professional for our Nordic Retention Inside Sales position. To boost sales of Adobe Digital Media to a portfolio of commercial clients in the Nordic area, you will collaborate with a professional team. You will report to a Sales Manager in the Digital Media division and work closely with the Senior Account Executives throughout the whole organization. You will be encouraged to increase in-person customer engagement as needed, in addition to setting personal objectives and meeting team quotas.
What You'll Do:
. Reach or surpass the quarterly and yearly sales targets.
. Make sure we fulfill the targets for upselling and cross-selling as well as renewal growth.
. In order to accomplish predetermined business objectives, plan and prioritize sales activities, such as proactive prospecting for accounts that are renewing throughout the year, targeted sales campaigns, qualifying marketing leads, social media selling, and in-person customer meetings (as needed).
. Utilize suitable techniques to ease the sales process by negotiating, coordinating, and communicating both inside and outside.
· Conduct presentations and demonstrations in person or virtually, and as necessary, organize internal resources.
· Work with the Account Executives to support or lead the sales process through to closing on negotiated opportunities (Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreements and Adobe VIP agreements).
. Develop chances for upselling and cross-selling to a variety of customers by utilizing the capabilities of solution consultants and sales specialists.
· Create and preserve connections with channel partners.
. In all sales-related operations, they function as a representative of the business to the client and the client to the business.
. Utilize your analytical and sales abilities to comprehend the client, their wants, and their organization in order to develop a special value proposition that takes advantage of Adobe's products.
. To maximize the quality of customer interaction and experience and speed up business growth, retain and increase your current clientele.
. Keep an eye on market and competitor activity, report on it, and offer pertinent commentary.
. At all times, behave honorably.
The things you need to be successful
· Candidates should have three to five years of effective experience in sales or business-to-business growth, preferably in SAAS enterprises.
. Comprehending the complete value-based sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
. The capacity to reach decision-makers at all organizational levels and create enduring connections with customers by creating credibility and trust
· Extremely driven, professional, confident, goal-oriented, and skilled in communication.
· Capacity to develop a pipeline by targeting possible new logos, cross-selling and up-selling to our clientele, and individual prospecting and lead qualification
. High ethics, honesty, humility, and a desire to work as a team are required.
· Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business
· Ability to work in one of few Nordic languages and fluent in English
