Description of the Job:
In order to spearhead the development of next-generation HMI solutions for Substation Power Quality Applications, VIPAS AB is looking for a qualified Senior Front-End Developer to join our team.  Working with design teams, you will develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge HMI systems in MicroSCADA X in this position.  Delivering top-notch solutions for vital infrastructure projects in an agile setting will require your proficiency in front-end web development, UX design, and power systems.
Principal Duties:
. Create cutting-edge HMI solutions for substation-level Power Quality (PQ) Control and Protection Systems.
. Work along with the UX/UI conceptual design team to develop cutting-edge MicroSCADA X Substation HMI solutions.
. To guarantee optimal performance, test, troubleshoot, and improve Substation HMI systems.
. Teams should be trained and assisted in putting HMI solutions into practice for delivery projects.
. Develop new features and apps to improve service offerings as a way to support agile teams.
. In order to comprehend needs and guarantee excellent project outcomes, interact with a variety of stakeholders.
. Maintain the fundamental principles of honesty and safety by being accountable and creating a positive team atmosphere.
Conditions:
. Education: A degree from a university in a technological discipline that is applicable.
. Experience: Proven background as a front-end developer for web/HMI.
. practical knowledge of HTML and XML markup languages.
. knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.
. familiarity with HMI conceptual design, particularly with relation to power and/or substation systems.
. knowledge of HMI solution testing and troubleshooting.
. thorough comprehension of the whole web development process, including design, development, and implementation.
. A significant benefit is having prior experience with SCIL programming and MicroSCADA X HMI development.
Skills:
