Regarding the role:
Creating, overseeing, and implementing aesthetically pleasing and effective digital design experiences across a variety of channels, including as the web, social media, email marketing, digital shopping, and digital ads, is the responsibility of the digital designer.
The digital designer makes certain that every design project complies with Maurten's marketing objectives and brand requirements.  The Head of Marketing Design is the person to whom this job reports.
Duties of the job:
. Create top-notch digital assets for the web, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, and other online platforms by working together with the creative, content, and e-commerce teams.
. To provide a flawless user experience (UX), create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs for websites and mobile applications.
. Utilize programs like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to edit and improve digital media, such as pictures, movies, and animations.
. Optimize designs for speed, engagement, and performance while maintaining brand consistency across all digital assets.
. To increase productivity and creativity, manage outside agencies and digital asset libraries, conduct user research, and keep up of design trends.

. 3+ years of demonstrated expertise in digital design, along with a solid portfolio of social media, mobile, and online projects.
. proficiency with design programs including After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, and Sketch.
. strong knowledge of digital interface best practices and UI/UX principles.
. expertise collaborating with web developers to guarantee precise design execution
. the capacity to successfully work with cross-functional teams, manage several projects, and adhere to deadlines.
