Role Description:
A performance marketer located in Multan is needed full-time. You will be in charge of planning, carrying out, and perfecting digital marketing strategies in this position. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to put campaign concepts into action that will increase traffic and sales.
Will undertake data analysis and offer insights to help campaigns perform better. I'll also be searching for new approaches to increase campaign efficacy and spur business expansion.
high-performance marketing strategy and execution plan creation and execution
the creation and administration of digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Managing spending and campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, Tiktok, and Snapchat, in order to maximize ROI and CAC
A/B testing and conversion rate optimization implementation

Qualifications:
a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a closely related profession Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with marketing and analytical tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMRush a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media, display advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and email marketing
shown the ability to organize and carry out effective digital marketing initiatives that meet business goals.
strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work successfully with groups from different areas.
It's helpful to be familiar with eCommerce companies.
