. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and developi. You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your automation and DevOps expertise to enhance our DBS offerings. We are looking for someone who is eager to apply their DevOps knowledge to improve automation across various databases, including Oracle,AWS, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Solace, and MySQL.  Although it is not necessary, having prior expertise with these particular databases is advantageous.  It is crucial to be willing to learn and adapt as well as work closely with others in the team.
Principal duties:
Oversee the automation process to create a database environment that is scalable.
Take part in defining the infrastructure needs for the services that DBS is in charge of. Take part in testing and confirming new goods that fall under DBS's purview.
Work together to accomplish shared objectives inside the team and between departments.
Stay abreast on emerging infrastructure and automation technologies.
Encourage a mentorship and knowledge-sharing culture.
Competencies and prerequisites:
Extensive familiarity with building automation solutions with Ansible, Python, and Terraform; ideally, three or more years of experience
expertise in developing distributed and scalable infrastructure
Although it is not necessary, having some database administration experience is advantageous.
Outstanding communication abilities with the capacity to participate in conversations about tech management and architecture
able to conduct training sessions and workshops with ease
Strong teamwork and communication skills in both writing and speaking
A development mindset that prioritizes performance and cost reduction
