Leading-edge technologies for highly efficient electrolysis facilities are provided by thyssenkrupp Nucera. The company, which is a joint venture with Industrie De Nora, has a solid track record of more than 600 projects with a total rating of more than 10 gigawatts that have been installed successfully. It also has substantial in-depth experience of the engineering, procurement, and construction of electrochemical facilities. The company provides a cutting-edge industrial solution for green value chains and an industry powered by clean energy with its water electrolysis technology to produce green hydrogen, which is a significant step towards becoming climate-neutral. 
Tasks:
We currently have an interesting opening for a Senior Product Manager for Green Hydrogen (gH2) at Thyssenkrupp Nucera AG & Co. KGaA. This person will report to the Head of Product Management for Green Hydrogen (gH2). Inside gH2, you will be in charge of the product's effective development and commercialization—the alkaline water electrolysis product. As part of this position, you will manage difficult issues within your functional area of expertise, participate in long-term planning, integrate and develop procedures that fulfill business demands across the organization, and contribute to the overall business strategy. You play a part in the productive development and marketing of gH2's Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product. You understand industry trends, customer needs & growth opportunities and define requirements the product has to fulfill to achieve gH2 revenue and margin targets. In order to draw conclusions and take action for the creation of new products and their look, you monitor and evaluate your peers' technological activity. You pay attention to, gather, and analyze global regulatory requirements. With relation to every stage of the creation of green hydrogen, you continuously screen, detect, refine, evaluate, and report market trends of the green hydrogen industry as well as emerging technological solutions. To create value propositions, you identify solutions based on input from the market and customers. You assist in the definition, creation, and implementation of internal processes connected to products, making sure they are integrated into internal workflows. You represent thyssenkrupp nucera at fairs, conferences and other assemblies with regards to product related topics. 
Profile: 
You hold a degree from a university in materials science, engineering, or chemistry. Ideally, alkaline water electrolysis is your area of expertise. You are knowledgeable about the necessary internal processes and procedures as well as client contracts pertaining to products. You can take advantage of cultural differences because of your intercultural awareness. You possess excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities in addition to great communication skills both in writing and speaking. You are able to exhibit problem-solving and analysis skills. You possess the capacity to oversee initiatives and programs. You are capable of planning, organizing, selling, and carrying out programs. It helps that you have prior project management experience. You have excellent German and English language skills. You're open to traveling the world on a frequent basis for work.
