Coordination of 360 degree full funnel campaigns. Conception and management, analysis and optimization of digital campaigns. Translating and implementing our branding strategy into target group-specific digital campaigns. Selecting suitable marketing channels and ensuring performance. Creating personalized customer communication and managing playout via various channels. Continuous analysis and optimization of campaign results. Responsible for managing growth hacking and performance marketing. Collaboration on reporting.

WHAT SETS YOU APART: 
Successfully completed studies, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, business informatics or a comparable background. At least 3 years of professional experience in digital and performance marketing. You have a great passion for inbound marketing and are familiar with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce. You love to develop and optimize scalable customer journeys. You are motivated, enjoy playing in a team and are not afraid to contribute your own ideas. You set high standards for your own work and like to challenge yourself. You have a high affinity for technical and business topics. Excellent German and good English skills round off your profile.
