Principal duties:
Management of Social Media Communities
Use our social media management tool to handle direct messages, mentions, and comments on various platforms while authentically and thoughtfully representing our businesses. To avoid escalation, proactively foster good feeling while promptly resolving problems. Oversee reputation management, review tracking, and scam detection initiatives to maintain a reliable and polished online presence. Encourage important dialogues and back worthwhile initiatives that add value.
Online and App Reviews
Keep an eye on and reply to app reviews on the App Store and Google Play. Maintain high ratings by regularly managing reviews on sites such as TrustPilot. Create and put into action a simplified plan to produce and increase favorable evaluations.
Reputation and Crisis Management Track public mentions on forums, social media, and feedback websites; respond to criticism and put plans in place to enhance brand image; promote constructive dialogue on forums and social media to increase community trust; and find and eliminate deceptive accounts, phony websites, and problematic profiles that abuse our brand identity.Community Building & Cross-Selling Campaigns: Support PR efforts with standardized responses for agency use; work with sales and marketing to nurture customer journeys and maximize leads; develop strategies that engage high-value clients and spark meaningful conversations on platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp; and promote targeted product offerings to increase value and engagement.
Experience and Education:
experience in customer service, communications, or marketing. Dubai-based (recommended).
Technical Proficiency:
It is advantageous to have knowledge of financial markets, institutional trading, and liquidity systems. adept at using chatbots, Emplifi, App Radar, Google Search, ChatGPT, and AI-based spam filters, among other online tools and platforms. knowledgeable about a wide range of online forums and social media sites, and well-versed in their efficient use.
Soft Skills and Proficiencies:
Outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, with the capacity to distill difficult subjects into interesting, understandable messages. It is quite beneficial to have additional Arabic or Russian language abilities. proactive problem-solver who enjoys working alone or in groups to tackle challenging issues. Extremely results-oriented and self-motivated, with an emphasis on making a significant impact. Proven ability to establish and manage online communities, stimulate engagement, and consistently innovate to drive growth.
