Description:
To supervise the efficient planning, beginning, middle, and end of the project by providing technical advice to team members and evaluating technical deliverables and documentation.
In charge of project development, maintenance, and production support.
Two essential tasks are finishing timesheets and making sure the invoicing procedure is completed by the deadline.
Every day, keep an eye on the project's client interface and take proactive measures to resolve problems before they get worse.
Write papers with both functional and technical specifications.
Ensure that open incidents and tickets in the queue are tracked, that the right resources are assigned to them, and that the tickets are closed by the deadlines.
Make sure analysts follow SLAs, KPIs, and OLAs. Make sure that you and the other members of the delivery team are continually thinking of ways to complete tasks more efficiently, economically, or promptly.
Keep an eye on the project to ensure that it is finished on time and in compliance with the software quality procedures.
Examine the technical and functional specification documents.
serve as the team's only point of contact for the parties involved in the project.
Encourage teamwork, inspire, guide, and grow your employees.
Assist with application production in compliance with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
