To oversee the project's effective start, planning, execution, control, and conclusion by advising team members on technical matters and performing assessments of technical documentation and artifacts.
Oversee the creation of projects and oversee maintenance and production support.
Completing timesheets and making sure the invoicing process is finished by the deadline are both important tasks.
Daily oversee the client interface for the project, taking proactive steps to address issues before they worsen.
Produce technical and functional specification papers.
Keep track of open incidents and tickets in the queue, assign them to the appropriate resources, and make sure the tickets are closed by the deadlines.
Ensure analysts adhere to SLA”s/ KPI”s / OLA”s. Make sure that you and the rest of the delivery team are always considering how to execute tasks more quickly, more effectively, or economically.
Oversee the project and make sure it is completed on schedule and in accordance with the software quality processes.
Review functional and technical specification documents.
operate as the team's only point of contact with the project's stakeholders.
Promote collaboration, motivate, mentor, and develop your staff members.
In accordance with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix, provide application production assistance.
