Your tasks: As an order coordinator, you will play a key role in the processing of industrial plant shutdowns and plant repairs. You will monitor and ensure the smooth running of the individual mechanical activities during the turnaround or repair measures through to the order completion notification. Specifically, you will become a master craftsman in the maintenance tasks to be carried out on the process plant, get to know every corner of the plant, help decide which work is to be carried out, plan this work in detail and manage the companies responsible for carrying out the work during the turnaround or repair measures. Direct reporting to the maintenance manager is what you will do. The following activities await you in particular: o Order acceptance and subsequent notification of completion. o Responsibility for the deployment of contractors. o Agreeing the scope of services with the contractors on site. o Interface coordination between the individual trades. o Coordination and monitoring of the work. o Measurement monitoring and control. o Documentation. o Working in a team: team spirit should be your top priority. In parallel, depending on your specialist knowledge, you will advise our customers on the planning and implementation of their turnarounds and maintenance measures.
Your profile:
Qualified technical training or university education. At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and execution of shutdowns in the chemical / petrochemical industry or in power plant construction. Experience in the execution of technical work. Experience in using standard and planning software: MS-Office (required); SAP, Roser, MainTasc, MS-Project, Primavera etc. (optional). Well-groomed and self-confident appearance, customer-oriented, communicative. Individual accountability and teamwork skills. Good technical understanding and high comprehension skills. Willingness to work nationwide.
