Charities Project Manager (24 hours)  Elevate projects that have an impact!

In your role as project manager, what would you do?
As a project manager, you will be in charge of making interdisciplinary projects a reality, from the quote's original concepts to the finished product.  You'll organize, plan, and stay in constant communication with the team, client, and technology.  Although every day is unique, these are your main duties:
. Creating and keeping track of project schedules (budget, time, and resources)
. Activities between internal teams are coordinated.
. Initial point of contact for inquiries about the project
. Recognizing hazards and making preemptive adjustments
. Progress reporting to the client and internally
. Together with the team, create and oversee project quotations.
. Creating and managing Jira projects
. arranging and recording project meetings, including stand-ups, kick-offs, and timetables
. Deliverable quality control (process-based)
. After delivery, lead assessment meetings and lessons learned.
What are your contributions?
. Clear communication and teamwork on social objectives excite you, and you like structure.  Additionally, you identify with the following:
. Three years or more of experience in a comparable role
. Proficient in structure, arranging, and planning
. Proficiency in communication and the ability to handle explicit demands
. An affinity for web projects, technology, and/or digital marketing
. Process-oriented, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
. Proficiency with Jira and/or comparable project management software

Since we work best together, we think it's critical that we meet.  Our main office is in Amsterdam, and we hope to meet you there as well.  Naturally, there will also be times when you work from home, at a client's place, or at your preferred coffee shop.

Description of the position:
You will be our project team's finance specialist in your role as project controller.  You will be in charge of keeping tabs on the financial well-being of our initiatives, documenting expenses, and giving management insightful information.  Working directly with project managers, business unit managers, and other stakeholders, you will be an engaged team member.
Your primary responsibilities are:
. Financial reporting: You will capture financial data and provide thorough, accurate, and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.  To give management a comprehensive picture of the financial performance of projects, you will create dashboards.
. Forecasting and budgeting: You will be in charge of creating monthly forecasts and yearly budgets.  You'll spot possible dangers and possibilities and suggest changes to the project team.
. Process Optimization: You take an active role in enhancing our finance systems and procedures.  You're constantly searching for methods to operate more productively and successfully.
. Cooperation: Project managers and business unit managers rely on you as a crucial sparring partner to help them comprehend and oversee the financial elements of their initiatives.
. Project administration: You will oversee many projects at once and be in charge of accurately managing each project from start to finish.  Project sizes cover a wide range of activities and vary from €10,000 to €2.5 million.
Your profile:
. an HBO-level financial education, ideally in the areas of finance, controlling, or business economics.
. three years or more of experience in a comparable role, ideally in the technical or construction industry.
. Outstanding analytical abilities as well as the capacity to decipher and clearly communicate financial facts.
. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to interact with a wide range of stakeholders at different organizational levels.
. Metacom experience is advantageous.
. proactive, results-driven mindset that places a high priority on precision and quality.
