Your tasks:
Installation of the client and server, as well as hardware and software components. Processing support requests and fault reports, as well as on-site service. You will be responsible for recording complex company requirements and their conceptualization, planning, implementation and documentation in projects. You will provide technical customer support, analyze errors and solve technical problems. You will support us in the further development of innovative managed service concepts. You will also be responsible for implementing further training and certifications. You provide technical support to colleagues and management on customer projects.
Your profile:
You are competent in IT service for hardware and software solutions. You have completed an IT apprenticeship or degree and have at least two years of professional experience. You have good knowledge in the areas of client-server infrastructures; Microsoft (networks, Windows Server 2008 and/or higher operating systems, Active Directory, file and print services, Exchange, virtualization, and VPN). You will also have knowledge in the areas of storage and SAN, server hardware, and security (firewall and AV) Ideally, you can prove your knowledge with certifications. Beyond the technical aspects, you are open to new ideas, committed and have initiative, responsible, reliable and loyal, outgoing, communicative and have team spirit, but you can also work independently, flexible mobility (valid class B driving license).
