In a demanding, fast-paced work environment, your primary responsibility as an IT assistance Analyst will be to deliver outstanding service to the global user base via desk-side and remote assistance. You will exhibit remarkable technical proficiency and self-motivation while upholding a kind, client-centered demeanour. 
What you'll be doing? 
delivering remote and on-site support to the Gothenburg studio as well as remote assistance to the other AKQA locations throughout the European Union. User account management is part of the onboarding and offboarding process for new and leaving workers. Hardware imaging, deployment, and asset tracking—from onboarding to deprovisioning—are all included in lifecycle management. troubleshooting Mac and PC hardware, software, and networking problems. assuming responsibility for incident tickets via the Helpdesk call-logging system and making sure that problems are resolved promptly and clearly; in addition, making sure that tickets that need to be escalated are carefully examined and that all necessary actions are recorded prior to the ticket being escalated. Answering IT calls and trouble reports in a multi-office, multi-region setting; adhering to internal protocols and using our ticketing system for escalation processes. creating rules and documentation for administrative chores that are clear and simple. Orienting new hires in our EMEA region on IT once a week. preserving the desktop environment's file system security, data integrity, and password security. assistance and troubleshooting with copiers and printers. preserving productive connections with AKQA personnel and leadership.
