Business Development Manager (m/f/d):
in the Rail division at the Kassel Waldau site for HÜBNER GmbH & Co. KG.
This is how you make history with us:
• Strategic project management for global growth strategies in the Mobility Rail & Road division.
• Supporting the management in the development and elaboration of global business strategies and implementation of complex cross-functional, national and international projects.
• Tracking and reviewing the implementation of strategic measures with divisional managers.
• Independent management of M&A projects and post-merger integration. Implementation of integration and synergy projects as well as change management measures.
• Identifying new business models and technologies through technology scouting and supporting the expansion of the product portfolio.
• Close cooperation with Global Sales and other interfaces for the implementation of strategic measures from customer dialogues.
Your previous history:
• Degree in industrial engineering, business administration with a technical specialisation or mechanical engineering with an additional business qualification.
• Many years of experience in business and technical topics as well as experience in setting up new business areas with innovative technologies.
• Project management experience and sound knowledge of business administration, technology and law.
• Business fluent in English and a high affinity for systems and technology.
• Strong analytical skills, strategy development and implementation as well as change management experience.
• Expertise in sales and marketing, ability to work independently and strong communication skills.
• Intercultural experience and flexibility for temporary stays abroad.
