Your tasks:
DNA as well as RNA purification from a variety of sources (blood, FFPE, FNBs). Molecular genetic counselling in the fields of pharmacogenetics, haematooncology, and molecular endocrinology. 
Carrying out molecular genetic analyses (PCR, next-generation sequencing (NGS), MLPA) and genotyping using MALDI-TOF technology in the MassARRAY system. 
Evaluation, assessment and preliminary diagnosis of the tests carried out with final diagnosis by the head of the medical department.
 General technical laboratory work. 
Active collaboration in the area of quality assurance and quality management. 
Your profile:
 Successfully completed training as an MTLA / BTA (m/f/d) or comparable training. 
Good knowledge and practical experience in molecular genetic laboratory diagnostics.
 Professional experience in a medical laboratory. 
Reliable, orderly and independent way of working.
