Customer Service Representative:

 Products for incontinence, wound care, compression treatment, orthopaedics, skincare, and digital solutions with sensor technology are all included in the range.  About the role: 
When an external customer contacts you as a customer service representative, you serve as their first point of contact for placing orders, answering questions, or addressing delivery or billing concerns. You will be working with the Jobst brand (compression therapy) in this role. 
As the main point of contact for clients, sales teams, and solution specialists, you will deliver efficient and fast administrative support. It is your duty to make sure that customers receive outstanding service while adhering to set protocols and standards. 
You must establish and nurture positive working connections with consumers in order to perform this job. It is always expected to handle complaints from both internal and external consumers with professionalism.
 Main responsibilities: 
Principal Point of Contact for Sales & Marketing teams as well as Customers, with the main goal being to handle any requests or queries on the first call. 
Maintains the customer relationship and is in charge of giving exceptional customer service and experience based on the demands of the client and the service segment to which they belong. 
For consumers who are assigned to them, 360° view of all customer interactions enables high inquiry resolution proactivity and speed. 
Close coordination with the sales professional to handle requests and questions from customers together and help sales by giving them complete visibility into client interactions.
 In order to improve the customer experience, collaborates with solution professionals to proactively handle exception-based duties. 
Required Experience & Competencies:
 prior expertise successfully managing client requests, complaints, and enquiries, for example in order management or similar positions. Ideally, your background comes from a position where accountability and accuracy are key requirements. knowledge of CRM (customer relationship management) platforms. 
Customer Focus. 
Capacity to effectively handle orders while maintaining accuracy and protocol compliance. 
Cooperative member with an optimistic outlook and a solution-focused methodology. 
Effective communication abilities.
 Proficiency in Swedish and English language is essential.
