We are one of the fastest growing digital agencies in Hamburg and are looking for committed employees in the field of web design to join our team and implement challenging projects together with us as soon as possible!
As a Web Designer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the implementation of website projects and the development of customized concepts in close cooperation with our clients. You will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of our own website, making you an important part of our web design team.

We are therefore the marketing partner for medium-sized craft and industrial companies.
We are looking for new Web Designers (m/f/d) to help our clients build their online presence so that they can successfully achieve their goals in attracting new customers and recruiting employees.
Further development and promotion opportunities are available.
The induction phase usually lasts 2-4 months.

Your Areas of Responsibility (after thorough induction):
Planning, implementing and managing websites and landing pages for customer projects.
Orientation towards corporate design and development of creative ideas for campaigns.
Maintenance and further development of our agency website; responsibility in the marketing area.
Creation of UX/UI designs and graphic elements to optimize the user experience.
Quality assurance, troubleshooting and performance optimization of websites.
Collaboration with the content team and integration of marketing tools.

Our Requirements:
You have a degree, training in web design/media design or are self-taught with proven experience in web design.
You have knowledge of relevant software solutions such as WordPress, Web flow, One page or similar tools.
You have professional experience in media design or graphic design and understand how to implement ideas and concepts within the framework of a corporate design.
You are creative, detail-oriented, a team player and have a keen sense of design.
You have a confident and flawless command of German and English.
You work independently, are organized and complete your projects on time.
You have a quick grasp, discipline and can follow existing processes.
Previous experience in online marketing is an advantage, but not essential.
You can deal well with pressure to perform and are able to work independently and implement customer projects on your own responsibility.
