Regarding the position
Join our expanding finance team to assist us reach our lofty objectives and support the company's growth. You will help with important financial procedures in this position and help the department function more effectively.
Customer Collections: To guarantee timely cash flow, keep an eye on and assist with the collection of past-due customer payments.
Vendor Payments: Accurately and promptly process vendor payments to maintain goodwill and prevent delays.
Within a month, you will: Complete our onboarding course to become an expert in Trello and graduate in Convexity
. Learn about our product line through instruction.
. Discover our many entities, SaaS business model, reported KPIs, and financial procedures and instruments. Get to know 360Learners over virtual coffee.
. Learn the tasks you will be in charge of and the equipment you will need to do them.
Within 3 months, you will:
. You will assist our seasoned sales administrator and engage with our sales team, legal team, and customers within three months. You will also take part in the customer collecting process for all of our businesses.
. Take charge of all our entities' vendor payment procedures.
. Control the cash-in procedure for all of our organizations and the client direct debit process.
. Help our staff members with the reimbursement procedure for their expenditures
Within six months, you will:
. Actively engage in important projects and plans to continuously raise the caliber and effectiveness of systems and processes,
In nine to twelve months, you will:
. Increase team support by taking ownership of new finance procedures and tasks that are tailored to your abilities
. The skill set consists of demonstrated expertise in related accounting or finance jobs; knowledge of SaaS is advantageous.
. competent with Google Sheets and Excel; it helps to know how to use programs like Salesforce, Upflow, NetSuite, Yooz, or Navan.
. strong grasp of the fundamental accounting concepts for payments and collections for both customers and vendors.
. capable of managing huge datasets and using a business-oriented approach, as well as being at ease working in a data-driven environment.
. well-organized, meticulous, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
. B2 level or above proficiency in French (US/UK)
