To help our clients succeed with our product, I'm searching for a Support Engineer with Xcode development and publishing expertise to join the Codemagic team. We collaborate with some of the world's most skilled mobile teams and provide services to tens of thousands of software developers.
As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will be assisting them with scripting and debugging as well as setting up new CI/CD pipelines as a Support Engineer in the iOS/Xcode team at Codemagic.

Concerning us
Our main goals are to provide developers with useful feedback and facilitate the release of mobile applications. Today's app releases are a nightmare, but we can fix that. In 2018, we collaborated with Google to launch Codemagic, and since then, we have won over the developer community and become a popular CI/CD tool.

Work you'll do that has purpose:
. Assist developers using video calls, email, Discord, and Intercom
. Determine the underlying source of problems and if they are caused by bugs, configuration problems, or third-party mistakes.
. Fix errors and offer solutions, either by yourself or with assistance from other engineers.
. Contribute to the enhancement of our product documentation
. To demonstrate that you are paying attention, write 'Codemagic Rocks!' in your cover letter.
. Working together with the marketing and product divisions
. You will contribute invaluable experiences and abilities to Codemagic.
. prior knowledge of mobile development (iOS, Android, Flutter, and React Native)
. Knowledge of how to submit programs to the Apple App Store
