Provide advice on overall strategic direction, short and long term goals, and internal governance procedures to improve quality of services, and efficiency.
Provide expert advice on matters related to hospital operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare industry trends.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose risk mitigation strategies to ensure hospital's sustained growth.
Monitor and assess hospital's performance metrics, financial health and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements to the senior management.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in healthcare industry, technology, and industry best practices to provide recommendations for improvement in hospital's overall performance.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure effective and efficient hospital operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate change management initiatives, advice on strategies to improve patient experience, satisfaction and overall well-being.
Develop and implement community engagement outreach programs to promote health and wellness awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
Identify and secure all necessary approvals/certifications locally and international approvals for hospital and medical centers.
Develop and implement strategies to increase hospital visibility and standing.
Explore new avenues for growth and expansion to ensure the hospital's continued excellence in healthcare services.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with healthcare management experience can also be considered.
12-15 years proven experience in a senior advisory role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setup.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
