Position Description:
Gathering, preparing, and reviewing patient records that have been released from the hospital.
to obtain all authenticated diagnostic reports and MR-compliant logs.
to make CMR (Computerized Medical Record) available to everyone with access rights to MR files.
dealing with and updating questions from clients, patients, and hospital employees about the medical record files.
Participating in audits and fixing any damaged or torn files.
oversees the staff's leave and attendance records.
Responds to questions from the medical personnel, finds patient records, and retrieve needed information.
Gives technical support to medical records professionals when they have inquiries about forms, protocols, and record preservation.
takes part in the creation of patient information systems that involve the collection, archival, processing, and transmission of data.
evaluates the filing systems' indexes and other essential components.
checks chart entries for precision and completeness.
acts as the department's point of contact for outside parties who have questions about the department's rules and processes.
helps with the creation of documents, records, and reports that reflect patient and medical record statistics.
ensures that the patient record is accurate and that the medical dictation is harmonised.
supervises record investigations and reconciliations, conducts chart analysis, and makes corrections.
assures the gathering and delivery of all the records required for the recovery of claims from SSP and corporate patients.
