Pharmacist/Prescriptionist for Pharmaceutical Supply, Drugs and Pharmacy

Description:
Since February 1, 2019, Uppsala University Hospital has run parts of the hospital pharmacy function in-house under the name Pharmaceuticals and Pharmacy. 
The department is divided into the units Pharmaceutical Preparation, Pharmaceutical Supply, Department Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy. 
Within the Pharmaceutical Supply unit, about 15 employees work with the supply of medicines to the Academic Hospital and Lasarettet i Enköping.

What actions will you take?

To create a more diverse and inclusive culture within Global Operations, put diversity and inclusion initiatives into action and keep them innovative.

Develop and put into action employee engagement plans that are aimed at enhancing the working environment, increasing employee happiness, and raising retention rates.

Organize the performance management process well, focusing on goal-setting, scheduling frequent check-ins, and giving constructive criticism.

Create and distribute persuasive communication pieces that emphasize our People programs and encourage staff involvement.

Lead talent mobility and career development initiatives, making sure they have a positive and measurable impact.

Work together with People Business Partners to customize solutions that satisfy the requirements of employees as well as organizational goals.

Collaborate with Internal Communications to create a feeling of community and a link to our common goals and principles.

Make informed decisions and create focused communication strategies by using data analysis.

You will bring

Proficient in writing and eager to provide interesting content that inspires and propels staff members to action.

proficiency in creating visually stunning PowerPoint presentations and deftly crafting tales that enthrall and impact a wide spectrum of stakeholders.

proficiency with Excel and data analysis, using a data-centric approach to guide plans and decisions.

demonstrated ability to oversee several projects at once while keeping an organized and effective schedule in order to fulfill deadlines.

a thorough understanding of accepted practices in learning and development and talent management, with an emphasis on putting these to use in real-world, significant ways.
