Your department:
We look forward to your support and ideas in the Regional Customer Support Center team in Mannheim. We are responsible for technical and application-based customer service: from technical product management to training in the operation of analyzers and the telephone hotline. During your internship, you will work together with our specialists in the field of laboratory systems for medical diagnostics. Here you will gain experience directly at the interface between technology, IT, natural science and medicine and get to know our partly international customers from laboratories and hospitals in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece and Turkey.
Your tasks:
You will support and coordinate application and technical service projects. You will help with the creation and maintenance of knowledge management tools. You support training and hotline planning as well as complaint processing. You actively work on the optimization and editing of process descriptions. You create analyses and reports for controlling purposes.
Your profile:
You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree program in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, medicine or a comparable field of study. Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management. You are experienced in using the MS/Google Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You have a convincing analytical approach, question conventional thought patterns, and have a high degree of independence and coordination skills. Working in a team is a matter of course for you, especially in an international context. German fluency as well as strong written and spoken English abilities.
