Actions:
. As a hybrid mobile app developer, you collaborate with our front-end team while working independently.
. You are accessible as a contact for product management and support, and your primary responsibility is to continue developing our mobile application using the Ionic framework.
. We employ agile techniques like pair programming, code reviews, user story execution, and refactorings in a Scrum team.

Group:
Our team of six Angular engineers works on the front end. The team includes both "experienced developers" and "just graduated and ready to start their professional life."
Since some of the team members are spread out throughout Germany, the majority of the team work is done remotely. Here, developers collaborate using Microsoft Teams, working in group sessions where they can swiftly share ideas or, for instance, do pair programming. However, we also value frequent meetings, and to that end, we have a large office that allows for team activities and collaborative work that is still focused.
We operate as a "small" team with Planning and Daily in 2-week sprints. Every team gathers for the retrospective and sprint review. The "big" team also has frequent dojos and weekly code reviews. We have about 20 developers spread across 4 different teams.
Procedure for applications:
