Activities:
. As a hybrid mobile app developer, you are independent yet managed by our front-end teams.
. Your primary responsibility is to continue developing our mobile application using Ionic frameworks, and you will be available as a product management and support contact.
. We use agile methods, such as the implementation of User Stories, Code Reviews, Pair Programming, and Refactorings in a Scrum Team. In addition to developing new features, you are also responsible for maintaining and optimizing the mobile app's existing functionality. From an analytical standpoint, you are also interested in the team's continued growth.
Anforderungen:
. You have more than a decade of experience developing hybrid web applications based on ionic frameworks or similar ones (with Angular).
. You are familiar with a capacitor or cordova.
. Knowledge of how to implement end-to-end tests for mobile applications is advantageous.
. You have a strong sense of self-reliance and like learning about and experimenting with new technologies.
. It's fun to exchange ideas with other developers in order to advance knowledge and development.
. From a perspective, you're also interested in helping the team grow.
Our team:
Our frontend team consists of 6 Angular developers. The team ranges from “just graduated and ready for a full start in professional life” to “experienced developers”.
The team mainly works remotely, as some of the team members live all over Germany. Collaboration here takes place via Microsoft Teams, with the developers working in joint meetings where they can exchange ideas quickly or carry out pair programming, for example. However, it is also important for us to come together regularly, which is why we have a spacious office with enough room for collaborative yet concentrated work and team activities.
We work in 2-week sprints with planning and daily in a “small” team. All teams come together for the sprint review and the retrospective. There are also weekly code reviews and regular dojos in the “big” team. In total, we are 4 individual teams with around 20 developers.

. In addition to discussing the job needs and our platform's future goals, we will provide you with technical details on the application and mobile app.
